Delete your BibliXP account
Use this page to delete your BibliXP account and the personal information tied to it.
In the app (fastest)
Open BibliXP, go to Profile, then Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Type DELETE, sign in again if asked, and confirm. Deletion from the app is immediate.
Without the app
Use the form below, or email contact@biblixp.com. Send the request from the email on the account, and include that email and your username if you remember it.
We will send a confirmation to the address on the account. Nothing is deleted until the owner replies to that confirmation. A username is only a lookup hint. It is not proof of ownership.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your BibliXP account does not stop Apple or Google billing. Cancel in the store that billed you before you delete the account.
What we delete
- Your sign in account and profile
- Learning progress, XP, quests, streaks, and season data
- Community profile, follows, and activity
- Push tokens and notification preferences
- The RevenueCat customer record
What we keep or cannot remove here
- Apple or Google subscriptions. Cancel those in the store that billed you.
- Bible notes, highlights, and bookmarks stored only on your device. Those leave when you uninstall the app.
- Limited legal, tax, fraud, or backup records, until the normal backup cycle overwrites them.
- Analytics that have already been anonymized and no longer identify you.
Guest accounts
An anonymous guest session has no email we can verify, so it can only be deleted in the app.
Timing
Requests submitted here are completed within 30 days. Deletion from the app is immediate.
